Because we know what kind of fragile items we offer, we fully understand the need for good protection. We know how to wrap and ship our products so you will receive them in original condition. Even if you buy more pieces, do not worry. We just put them in a bigger box and apply more wrapping materials. We are using bubble paper, polystyrene, regular soft paper and hard cartoon boxes. We ship via the Czech Post by default. It is full insured shipping and once the parcel is dispatched we send you a tracking number.
Effective August 29, 2025, new import duties from the EU to the USA have been implemented, set at 15%.
Simultaneously, the "de minimis" shipping exemption has been eliminated. This means all incoming shipments to the US must now undergo formal customs clearance. US Customs and Border Protection requires a commercial invoice for every shipment, which is used to calculate the import fees.
The federal duty is 15% of the purchased item's price. However, some individual states may impose their own specific import fees and sales taxes.
To manage the customs process efficiently, we now use UPS exclusively for all shipments to the United States. UPS processes the required customs clearance, for which they charge a flat-rate processing fee of $14 USD per shipment, regardless of the item's price.

UPS collects the shipment from us. Within 2 to 3 business days, UPS calculates the import fees and sends an email notification to both the sender and the recipient with a request for payment of the import charges.

If you select the option to pay the fees directly to UPS and subsequently fail to pay the assessed import charges, be aware that pursuant to federal regulation, the shipment will be destroyed or returned to the sender for an additional fee.
By selecting the "I will pay the tariffs by myself" option, you commit to paying these required charges directly to UPS. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your shipment.
Based on our current experience, packages valued under $1,000 USD are typically delivered to the USA (after all import fees are paid) within 5 to 7 business days.

We sell vintage (second hand) items. Every item is controlled by us and the condition is usually very well preserved, if not we always truthfully describe the current condition. Just read the description and give a careful look at the picture to avoid misunderstandings. You can always ask us for anything you would like to know about the trees.
According to law in the Czech Republic (European Union) for used items there is a 12 months warranty if any hidden defects are revealed. We can not admit as a warranty if you damage the item in any way or if you drop and break the item.
According to law in the Czech Republic you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the items contact us. Then you have to wrap it like we did and ship it back to us to the address we email you. Once we receive the items in original unbroken condition we refund you money including shipping fee. We do not refund your cost of returning the purchase.
